One Star - A Complete Nightmare! Leading Edge Property Solutions Needs to Be Shut Down! My experience with Leading Edge Property Solutions has been an absolute disaster from start to finish. Dealing with Karen has consistently been a horrible and frustrating ordeal. She is unprofessional, unhelpful, and makes the entire process an absolute nightmare. Beyond the terrible customer service, I have serious concerns about the legality of their operations. This company appears to be operating improperly, directly contributing to financial losses for individuals and negatively impacting the local economy and housing market. Their practices are costing people money and exacerbating the already difficult housing situation in our community. Leading Edge Property Solutions needs to be investigated and shut down immediately to prevent further harm. Do not waste your time or money with this company. Steer clear at all costs!

The worst property. Renew the contract without tanent's agreement and signature. Email them I will stop contract 3 month before I leaving, But refuse to refund deposit.

I was a good tenant. I paid my rent on time, never caused trouble, never had the cops looking for me (unlike some tenants in the building) gave a respectful 30 days notice. Cleaned and throw out anything that shouldn’t be in the apartment, made sure it looked more clean than it did when I moved in. But yet, they took 725 out of 850 from my damage deposit. For damage I didn’t even do, after telling them the moulding by the bathroom tub wasn’t fitting right, I was accused of living the shower curtain open? I have never left my shower curtain open, that makes no sense. I have pretty bad mental health issues and how they treated me was disgusting. I would never recommend their company to anyone! Glad I don’t have to rent from them anymore! Very unprofessional company. Also forgot to mention that I had parcels that were in the building being stolen from by my door and in my actual mailbox (no locks on those). All they advised was that I should send all my parcels to the post office..

Coming up on my 5 year anniversary of having met and working with Karen and the team at Leading Edge. They have managed my properties extremely well. They have kept my units occupied with almost zero vacancies. I am an "out of province" investor and it is very important to have trustworthy people not only caring for my property, but the good people that rent them. I hope for many more years of working together. Cheers Richard
