The house sold without even going on the open market, which says a lot about the team’s approach and their understanding of the local market. Marie Louise and Rhianna were incredibly helpful, offering honest insight into current conditions and how best to position the property. Although the sale came with a few challenges, our main contact Jen Wiseman was outstanding throughout. She was always available, quick to respond, warm, and incredibly efficient. She really kept things moving and made what could have been a stressful experience feel much more manageable. I found a house I loved and on the same day as the first viewing, I put in an offer and by the next morning, we had an accepted offer.
