I would not recommend working with this company. We needed a full roof replacement due to the age of our house, and a solicitor approached us offering a replacement due to recent storms in the area. Pros: -They work directly with your insurance company to get your replacement approved. -They do the work quickly. Cons: -The crew installing the roof do not communicate with you or speak English. -They put a hole through our drywall ceiling inside during the installation, which they stated they would fix. They then used caulk to try and fill a large hole in the drywall. We had to completely cut out the area they attempted to fix with the wrong product and patch/replace ourselves. While we were reimbursed for our expense of fixing it, it would have been easier if they hadn’t told us they could fix it when they clearly did not have the proper tools to do so. -Within 6 months of the roof being installed, we noticed extreme lumps/waviness. There is a warranty on their work, so we reached out to see what was going on. The same day that I called, they sent a crew out. The crew ended up being the same ones who installed the roof incorrectly the first time. While they did not speak English, they showed us pictures of many incorrectly installed nails when we asked what caused the issue. -Within days of them coming to work on the waviness, an extremely large hole appeared in the roof that can be seen from inside the attic. The hole is in a spot where they replaced the sheathing during the initial install. I spoke to someone at the office again who asked me to send a picture of the damage and said they would contact me back. I asked them to provide someone who could speak with me about what was happening with these issues, since the crew could not. I have not heard back and I have since left multiple voicemails. At this point, I am not hopeful that they will honor the warranty, or even bother to call me back. Pictures attached are all after the roof had been replaced. UPDATE: The company did contact me back after about two weeks and sent a new crew out to look at the issues. This crew fixed the hole and identified ripped shingles and wood that should have been replaced by the initial crew. It is unfortunate that the work wasn’t done properly the first or second time by the original crew that was sent, but I am happy the company has honored their warranty. Praying that no other issues arise!

We were VERY pleased with the new roof and especially the interior repairs and painting. I cannot say enough good things about the guys that were here. All crews were professional and very respectful of our home. And Hunter went out of the way to make sure we were comfortable with the process of the repais and working with our homeowner's insurance. All around, y'all really are great!!
