When my husband got into trouble, I didn’t know where to start. I just googled bail bonds and saw this one say 10+ years in business and thought, they’re obviously doing something right. I contacted them and they explained everything that was expected of me and what we needed next. They were actually very relaxing in the insanely stressful situation. They gave me multiple numbers to contact if I needed anything and had all the details and paperwork ready for me within the next day. There was a very open line of communication. They were respectful. My mother in law was even more stressed than me for a bit and they even settled her and kept both of us updated on every step and what they were waiting on. My husband even thanked me for choosing them when he went in to fill out his side of the paperwork after his release. He said he wouldn’t have wanted anyone else and was happy with the way they treated everyone and how helpful and just realistic they were. Ultimately, if we ever run into a problem again, they are for sure the go to (fingers crossed we don’t though).
