Mr. Lovern was very willing to meet on my time due to my work schedule and even met me on some Saturdays. He was very understanding of my situation and assisted and facilitated my chapter 13 bankruptcy through the legal process. He gave me reassurance to complete everything lawfully and on time, to get me and my husband through our 5-year re-payment plan with the Trustee on time each month, so that we could receive our discharge and restart our lives with a fresh start. I would recommend him to others who are struggling financially and who feel they have lost hope, because he gave me my hope back to where I am no longer struggling financially, and I can rebuild my life as those in the same situation that I was once in can too. I know 5 years seems like a long time, but it actually goes faster than you think, and Mr. Lovern was there for me the whole time if I had any questions or concerns. My suggestions based off of my experience is to also do your own research into bankruptcy, educate yourself on financial planning, make a budget, and learn how to rebuild future prosperity. Your attorney or lawyer can only do so much for you because you too have to put in the effort as well to be successful in completing your plan. With that said Mr. Lovern knew the bankruptcy law well, was satisfactory which gave me reassurance, he was very respectful of my situation and time, and was straightforward, direct, and even sincere, honest, and trustworthy. We greatly appreciate Mr. Lovern for helping us through one of the hardest things and times in our life.

Steven Lovern was very helpful in helping my brothers and myself with creating a Power of Attorney that fit our needs.
