three emails and a phone call over five days during the Covid19 pandemic when literally EVERYONE is working by email and phone before someone called me back to say they just couldn't manage a straightforward quit-claim and title transfer. The wills process was good but apparently serving the community during a pandemic is outside their range of capacity. Took my business elsewhere. Do not recommend.
