I had the privilege of working in collaboration with Oxygen Events, Lynne, and Mike, specifically on an event in Toronto. I was tasked with assisting our mutual client in developing the event theme, handling PR, and managing some of the marketing aspects. Oxygen Events truly excelled in taking the theme to a whole new level, pushing boundaries, and all of this while working within a modest budget. Their ability to make the most of limited resources for maximum impact was truly remarkable. The event went off without a hitch, and if there were any issues, I wasn't aware of them. What stood out the most, though, was the incredible team. They were not only highly skilled but also a pleasure to be around, with a great sense of humor and a fun spirit that added to the overall experience. I genuinely hope I have the good fortune of working with the amazing team at Oxygen Events again in the future. And I look forward to seeing what innovative work they will produce next.

Recently “Planting Seeds International” (PSI) held a Virtual Fundraising Gala hosting 100 guests with the hopes of raising money to support education and community development programs in Guatemala. The PSI organizing committee had very little experience with ‘virtual’ presentations, but were very much aware that ‘virtual’ was the only ‘covid-safe’ approach that could be taken, in order to support the cause . Mike Greenwood, President of Oxygen B2B Solutions & Oxygen Events, was approached to assist with this initiative, and he agreed most generously to take on this task. From the beginning both Mike and his business partner Victoria Bureau, worked tirelessly to ensure the success of the PSI Virtual Gala. Most importantly, they understood what we wanted to achieve and directed the team very smoothly. They responded to all or our requests patiently and positively. Oxygen Event Planners quietly inspired confidence. Oxygen Events helped us to present a terrific showcase of PSI goals and achievements, and the ‘show went on without a hitch’. The presentation included a number of videos, a slide show, and a live Q&A with the PSI Leadership Team in Guatemala and guests in Canada and the United States. The event was wonderfully successful, in large part due to the organization and direction from Mike and Victoria. Planting Seeds International received many positive compliments after the event. Oxygen Events helped to organize our virtual staff party for a potential of 280+ people. Mike and Victoria were amazing in helping us realize our "vision" of a variety show highlighting our staff's talents, with games and other activities! They were very helpful, capable, adaptable to our shifting timelines, responsive, reflexive, and affordable.
