Kaa HochEigentlich fand ich alle anwesenden Verkäuferinnen beim vorherigen und ersten Besuch ganz nett. Das nehmen ich hiermit zurück! Heute wollte ich eine, vor ein paar Tagen gekaufte Stricknadel, gegen eine andere Größe umtauschen. Fehlanzeige, weil Pappverpackung (die man einfach wieder verschließen kann!!) schon geöffnet. Ist das EUER ERNST? Die Stricknadel ist neu. Ich habe sie kurz aus der Packung geholt um festzustellen, dass es die falsche Größe ist und dann sofort wieder eingepackt. Ich hätte sie ja dann schon angefasst(!!!!), deswegen KÖNNEN sie sie nicht umtauschen! Kundenfreundlichkeit sieht anders aus! Dass jedes Wollknäuel von vielen vielen Menschen angefasst wird und z.B. das Personal zwischen Wollbergen isst, scheint im Gegensatz völlig OK zu sein. Ich unterstütze sehr gerne und bewusst kleine Läden mit meinen Einkäufen, aber so auf keinen Fall!
