I had a mixed experience with this cargo business. Mr. Luis was incredibly nice, kind, and professional, which I really appreciated. However, there was a discrepancy between what I was quoted over the phone and what I was actually charged. Over the phone, they quoted $1.90 per pound, but when I went to pay, they charged me $2.30 per pound. Additionally, the insurance was quoted as $8.00, but I was charged $10.00. While the difference isn't huge, it did impact the amount I could send to Colombia, and I feel the charges should align with what was initially promised.
