Customer experiences
Does the school not have parking spaces? I need to find a corner and a trash can together! Garbage school! But their security is very good, they will make you leave the only parking space at the door!Unfortunately, the only three parking spaces are also disabled! Where should I wait? Park the car in the middle of the road?
Good experience at college, all the staff members are very helpful and when it comes to the security we are feeling safe, security is always ready to help the students and they are really polite which helps to create positive environment. Instructors are very helpful as well.
Honestly, I wish I could give zero stars just for the front desk experience alone. The lady working there is consistently rude, dismissive, and seems to go out of her way to make students feel like an inconvenience. If you have a question or need help, don’t expect any kindness or basic courtesy. It’s frustrating because as students, we’re here trying to navigate our education, and the last thing we need is someone with a bad attitude acting like we’re bothering her by simply existing. The school seriously needs to consider retraining staff on how to treat students with respect. She’s not doing the college any favors.
I enrolled in LaSalle College Vancouver’s online graphic design program with high hopes, but my experience was nothing short of frustrating and disappointing. The course content was outdated, poorly organized, and lacked any real engagement or interactive learning. Many of the “lessons” felt like copy pasted information I could have easily found for free online. Instructor feedback was minimal, slow, and often unhelpful in some cases, my work was barely even reviewed before being graded. Communication from the school was inconsistent, and it often felt like I was completely on my own, with no real guidance or mentorship. For the amount of tuition they charge, I expected modern course material, meaningful instructor interaction, and some real industry insight none of which I received. This program felt like a money grab rather than a serious education. I regret enrolling, and I would strongly caution anyone considering LaSalle College Vancouver’s online graphic design program to look elsewhere. There are far better (and much more affordable) options available that will actually prepare you for a career in design.
LaSalle College Vancouver is a college.
