My employer offers will preparation services; my prior experience with these "no-cost-to-me" services are the attorneys have provided sub-par services. But we cannot express how kind and professional Ms. Larmour and her staff were as we were going through the will preparation process. She answered questions we didn't even ask and covered very detailed information of all the legal considerations with will preparation end-to-end, even providing a red envelope for documentation we should keep in our vehicle in the event of an accident. The cherry on top: we were leaving for vacation and had concerns about having the will final before we left. The office staff and Ms. Larmour were able to get it completed for us very quickly. We are so appreciative and will certainly consider this law office for future legal matters.

We were referred to Ashley by a close friend who used her some years ago for a DVO after my 21 year old daughter had been assaulted and continually harassed by her ex. My daughter was highly anxious, overwhelmed, and an emotional mess having to suddenly deal with police and court and attorneys and she was even more anxious when told by someone else familiar to court that Ashley is no nonsense and "doesn't do emotions". Daughter was terrified Ashely would refuse to help her if she cried or got emotional. While Ashley was fact oriented (a good thing!!) and very straight to the point, she was also sensitive to my daughter's heightened emotional state. Her professional attitude during the consult actually helped ground my daughter, who was crazy anxious right beforehand, and helped her focus on what needed to be done. She gave reassuring hand holding and back rubs during the hearing. In the end, we got what we needed in court due to Ashley's thorough preparation. Highly recommend and would absolutely use her again.
