He is the BEST! They don't make em like this anymore. A true handyman plumber, we were beyond grateful. This company really has it together and it shows. Based on all our experiences 10+ years, we highly recommend Bob with Larkin.
Erasmus WhiteNice gent named David did the repairs, but Larkin is very expensive. It took 3.5 hours for a new toilet flapper replacement (5 min repair), shower cartridge adjustment (15 minutes), and putting a new faucet that I purchased on (3 hours 10 mins) in one bathroom for close to $800 bucks. They apparently counted trip to their parts store for flapper. It took previous plumber that installed new sinks and faucets, etc. less than three hours for two bathrooms. This job should have only taken an 1 to 1.5 hours at best.
Ralph LittonExcellent service! The plumber has been to our house twice for different issues. Our house is very old and Larkin had the depth and competency to be able to match parts , etc. to save the original look and fixtures. They did a great job. Strongly recommend.

I had a shower that the water stopped running & had them come look, I was charged almost $500 for them just looking & changing a small part that didn’t fix anything. They quoted me for another $1700 to fix it & told me the wall had to be opened up & change the valve. I did some research myself, asked a friend & ended up trying CLR and a wire technique and water started running. I would have had holes in my wall and unnecessary work done if I hadn’t done some research myself. Can’t be trusted. Even talked to the manager after and they did not accept any accountability or give me a partial refund for paying $500 for nothing. Super disappointing that they take advantage of people this way.
