Timothy and his helper replaced an attic fan in our 21 year old residence. Their work was professional, timely, efficient and clean. They arrived on time and went about their work with good precision. They made adjustments as needed without any issues and still got the job done efficiently. The only issue encountered was a digital switch did not arrive before the installation. Being winter we were not going to use the fan right away anyway and Timothy came about two weeks later and quickly installed the new switch. We are so pleased with their work we have asked for a bid to replace some old light fixtures and add a couple. I am confident we will be working with Landis Electric again. 02/07/25 I had Landis Electric back to replace 14 old style can lights and add two more. As they did on a previous project the work was performed efficiently and clean. We requested a couple minor changes, and they adjusted without issue. We had an outlet in the bar that was not working. Timothy finally found the issue to be a broken wire that I assume was nicked during the original construction 21 years ago. The repair was not easy as the wire was behind the back wall of the bar. The crew stayed with it until the job was completed. We could not be happier with the service provided by Landis Electric LLC and highly recommend you give them a chance to bid your next project.

Landis installwd a monorail light system in my home and did a fantastic job. The experriae started when I went over my plans for the equipment and they made some terrific suggestions. I was fortunate in that they were able to free up a crew who were working outdoors but ran into bad weather and they moved them to my project. The crew was friendly, worked well together and were able to adjust as they ran into some minor issues. The best part was that the guys had experience installing monorail 12 voly systems - they'd been around enough to know what to expect which nowadays is hard to find. The guys were respectful, showed up on time, cleaned up and there was no loitering or trying to figure out what to do next. Price was fair and they didn't charge for the estimate. Great overallexperiwnce!!

We connected with LANDIS Electric through the Home Depot connect program. We needed rewiring in our food trailer. Landis has done food trucks in the past and we were confident they could get the work done. We gave them our timeline and they delivered. All items installed are the most up to date. We are very pleased and will go back to Landis for any future work.
