Excellent first class experience with instructor Taylor. She was attentive and very welcoming. The class wasn’t beginner level since I’m new to Bikram but instructions were easy to follow. I will def be back and maybe try the 90 minute class next. Thank you LaLa Yoga for a great experience! Highly recommend for anybody looking for a real Bikram experience.

My favorite hot yoga studio in Stuart! They have a such a great variety of classes and all of the teachers are wonderful. Also the owner Katie is an absolute sweat heart. The space is so welcoming and the all the students are really friendly as well. Can't say enough good things about LaLa Hot Yoga!!

Kate was amazing, visiting from out of town wanted to get some yoga in. The studio is very zen and I really enjoyed the All levels hot 75 it's different from what I am used to from my home studio but I enjoyed it
