Rob LeggateMy drop off was quick and efficient. During my scheduled Service appointment a defective part was found and it was to be replaced under warranty once it was delivered to Acura on Brant. The Service Rep Adam called and updated me and ensured I had a vehicle to use until my vehicle was finished. The pickup went just as efficiently with the price as described when I dropped off. My vehicle was cleaned and ready when I arrived. I had an AcuraLink issue with Acura Canada. I asked Service and they suggested Brandon in Sales would be able to assist. Brandon was excellent calling AcuraLink on my behalf when he was not able to resolve the issue. AcuraLink is still working on my issue. I am very satisfied after my first Service appointment and will encourage friends to use them.
