Preston was knowledgeable and thorough in documenting the hail damage and partnering with our insurance to get us the resolution we needed. His team was very hardworking and efficient, and we appreciated their attention to detail. Even in the heat of July in Oklahoma, they finished the roof within one day and installed the beautiful seamless gutters on the next day. I would use them again in a heartbeat!

We had an excellent experience with Buntz Construction on our roof replacement. They are local and, most importantly, very trustworthy. I was kept updated on the status throughout the project from ordering the shingles to completion. Not only were they trustworthy, but the job on the roof was excellent. It looks great and we’ve had several days of rain without roof leaks (something I found isn’t always the case with other roofers). Everything was kept clean, and the workers were quick and courteous. Preston was very easy to communicate with and he was always responsive to questions. I’ve had my roof replaced once before and quickly learned you have to be careful of who you hire. You won’t have those concerns with Buntz Built. Back when we were having the March winds and fires of 2025, we received roof damage to our second story on the backside. And of course the house construction roofing industry became overwhelmed. We had two leads on repairs through word of mouth. We chose Buntz Built Roofing & Construction. Preston Buntz was able to come out the very next day, determine the damage, and then schedule us in the next day. Preston is upfront, honest, and professional; qualities of customer service equal to qualities of success. He informed us insurance would not total it unless 70% was damaged; we were far from that percentage. We thought the cost was reasonable in the estimate. His team was also respectful, professional, and experts at their trade. We are extremely happy with the results. When we get strong winds or hail from storms, it’s almost guaranteed we will get contractors knocking on our door. We have learned not to answer. We understand that you have to hustle to get work and we say “good luck”. But when you have a reputation that precedes you such as Preston and Buntz Built Roofing & Construction, we will definitely reach out to them. With the good Lord willing and the creek don’t rise, we hope to have many more years with this roof. But living in Oklahoma and getting 15 years on a 30 year shingle, you’ve done good.
