I wanted to be sure I didn’t go too much over when my insurance covers. Not very good selection in my insurance coverage. Liz was not friendly at all. It felt like she was irritated that I was there. She was short with answers and rude. I don't wear my glasses pushed against my face. She insisted I need to put them here there take them on off it was ridiculous. I’ve worn glasses forever I’ve never had someone push me to feel so uncomfortable I ended up telling her to stop and I was done. She continued to try to tell me what she was doing. The receptionist here at image eye care was so nice. Professional and respectful she. I’ll never go here again which won’t matter at all to this office. One disappointed person really doesn’t matter. I went to different optometrist got a new prescription because after my interaction with Liz I wondered if they even cared. I had to pay out of pocket because I already wasted my one year check up at this facility. Which was well worth it my prescription was different that the one I got from here.
