Dr Victor Shih was such an upgrade from my previous dentist. He spent time to talk to me about preventative care measures and could tell he was truly invested in my overall health. I have never had a neck and throat exam to check for cancer and I really enjoyed the extra steps Dr Shih and Lake Washington Dental took. I will be a patient for life!

Very welcoming experience. The Doctor didn't really listen to my needs. Even if I had explained previous work done, she disregarded it and assumed things to be from her assumptions. I got 2 implants, one was discolored and did not match my teeth at all and they both were EXTREMELY small. So, it didn't get rid of the empty space. She then tried to offer me to pay $1000 more for a new crown. The implant was the whole reason. I had to come back from Seattle for her to redo one of the 2 1/2 veneers she put in because it didn't look polished. 3 weeks after, one veneer fell out and I tried to communicate needing it replaced but never got a response. Now I have constant anxiety about the other one falling out. 5/10 experience for me. I thought this would be a POC friendly place but it just seemed she didn't care to give me this great work all these "reviews" are claiming. Great music and customer service though! I spent almost $8000 I almost wish I spent more somewhere else.

I highly recommend Lake Washington Dental. Extremely professional. Friendly small office atmosphere. Very reasonable costs. I’m having a dental implant there and Dr. Mo (Moazami) has been outstanding throughout the whole process. Plus, she’s been so good at managing all procedures for minimal or no pain.
