Went to Lake Urgent care and was greeted with a smile from the young lady behind the counter...gave her my information filled out the form waited to be called. Wasn't even 10 minutes and I was headed to the back where my vitals were taken. Dr. came in and asked what ailing me..told him ..he checked it out and explained what it was and how I may have contracted it. After our conversation he stepped out for a minute then returned telling me a prescription was on the way to my pharmacy and check with them to see when it would be ready. Shook my hand and said keep in touch if symptoms persist. Great place to go.

No one wants to have to go to an urgent care! But if you do and you choose this one, you will be happy that you did! The staff is absolutely amazing and the service is always efficient and timely! I am so grateful that it takes me such a short time to get there get treated and move on with my day!The commitment to the patient shines through!

Lake Urgent Care in the city of Central, LA was so convenient. The facility was clean and comfortable. Staff could not have been more pleasant and friendly, and I could tell they all worked well together. Carl Cramer took his time to explain fully the issues and causes for my ailment, and had great empathy. Thanks Lake Urgent Care!

I went to urgent care yesterday for a small problem because I couldn’t get in quick enough with my PCP. There was no wait and all staff were very professional and friendly. I had to give some samples to them to send to the lab and I was never made to feel uncomfortable in the process. 10/10 would recommend Lake Urgent Care in Central.
