We needed a cleanup company after a fire sprinkler pipe froze and burst (on Christmas Eve!). Many homes had similar issues and Farrer was the first to return my call. They were quickly on site and began the emergency cleanup and mold remediation. We agreed they would work with our insurance company to complete the repairs and this process went smoothly. There were delays related to labor and materials availability, but David and Farrer did the best they could. While I would have liked the process to move quicker, I would not have changed contractors to finish faster. The entire Farrer team was great and focused on quality. There was great communication which was very important to us during this chaotic time. The end result was better than we had hoped or expected. I fully recommend Farrer for restoration or remodeling.
