I really like this brand's clothing, but honestly, the people who work in this store are rude. They don't greet you, they frown, they mutter, they're bitter, and they don't offer any guidance. Quite the opposite, it's as if they don't want to sell. They should provide customer service induction and training, especially for a woman who normally works the afternoon shift.

I majorly buy products from Lacoste. I came to cousins place for the weekend and as the outlets were near by, I went for shopping. I had my worst experience in this store, most unfriendly, irritating and they are with an attitude that they dont care. They were so rude and harsh with me, I thought probably it was just me but when I was in the line for billing, I saw an old lady asking some questions about size as she was buying clothes for her grand kids. sales person was so harsh with the customer that I stepped in myself helped that lady out and left the store without buying anything. From that day, i decided never to buy any product from Lacoste. Lacoste management should be careful and check whom they are giving the franchise. DO NOT EVEN THINK GOING TO THIS STORE if you have any self respect.

Yea, call me old fashioned, but nothing beats outlet store shopping! You get good deals, some items maybe outdated for you but it's a new one for many! Enjoy!
