I’ve been a loyal client since the days when your salon was in F7, but sadly I’ve noticed that instead of improving, the quality of services has declined. Today, I came in for a manicure and pedicure. I don’t use nail polish, so I usually request a nail shine buff. Unfortunately, the buffer provided was very small and of poor quality. Despite the staff’s best efforts, they couldn’t achieve the shine I normally expect. Honestly, I can get a better result with a Rs.150 buffer from Shaheen Chemist. I even showed my dull nails at the reception and raised my concern. Another issue I’ve observed is the inconsistency in your hand and foot treatments. There is a clear quality difference between using the proper Artistic mask and the cheaper alternative of simply applying moisturizer with food wrap. Sometimes the mask is applied, and other times I’m told it’s not available. This inconsistency is disappointing. My humble request is that if any product is out of stock, it should be replenished immediately. When clients are paying the full price, they deserve consistent, high-quality services — the standard your salon was once known for.
