Very nice, clean room. The beds were very comfortable. The gentleman at the front desk was very kind and considerate. The included breakfast was excellent and added value and convenience. The gentleman at the front desk also kept the breakfast buffet well stocked. Great place to stay in Great Barrington.

Great value for the location, super close (walkable) to the center of Great Barrington compared to other hotels in the area. The room was clean and serviced well. Bathroom was great with good water pressure. Quiet stay minimal disturbances from neighbors and the area. Great Barrington is a safe place and the property felt safe to walk around at night and to leave your car. As far as I know, the railroad tracks next to the property are not servicing trains so there is no noise from any traffic (car or rail). Breakfast was solid for the value - warm breakfast with eggs and sausage with a waffle maker. Well stocked fitness room too. Check in and check out was smooth. I would definitely stay here again.

I can’t say enough good things about this place. Impeccably clean, well maintained, and very friendly staff with the added bonus of being in an extremely convenient location, right in downtown Great Barrington. Hot breakfast options were amazing, great way to start your day exploring the Berkshires, nice comfortable beds, very safe area within walking distance to local shops and restaurants, I would stay here again without a doubt.

The stay was great from check in to check out. Amanda checked us in and was very helpful and pleasant. Brian was at the front desk for the next two days and was wonderful. He did a little bit of everything, was very busy, and still so pleasant and calm. He answered all of our questions and gave us helpful information. The rooms were clean and had a large desk, microwave and substantial size mini-fridge. The included breakfast was also a plus.
