I used to be a regular but after my last visit, I'll have to find another place. They keep charging me more and more even though my dog hasn't grown at all in the last 7 months (and this increase was barely addressed). I also interacted with an employee who was really rude. He told me if it was up to him, he would have charged me much more. They still do a good job, but I find the lack of transparency around pricing to be a problem.
