SCOTT , responded to my concerns quickly and made time in his busy schedule to view and repair. He took time to inspect the full area at no extra cost to confimrm there was no more concerns. He was price conscientious and communticated clearly a couple of issues of which he charged fairly to address. All of which would save me from a costly future. I had talked or left messages for others, many didn't bother even returning while others had no interest as it wasn't a big enough project. I am grateful to Scott for his kindness and abilities.
