620nigelbA visit for evening meal. The pub is located in a stunning position overlooking Morecambe Bay. The bar area is everything a traditional pub should be with exposed beams, comfortable seating and lots of little alcoves. The hand pulled cask beer was good. We dined in the conservatory. This has views to die for and there can't be many restaurants that have such a fantastic outlook. |The food was incredible. The fillets of steak beautiful and cooked just as requested. The homemade icecream and brandysnap basket was a perfect dessert. Will definitely be back.

The ice cream was very good .|The fish was good and chicken. ||The second visit was a little disappointing. The duck was over cooked and chewy, because it was over cooked. The the sweet and sour sauce was not what I expected .sort of tasted sweet and sour but not strong enough. Or enough of it.|The sorbet was not right not smooth as it should be , had big luck on s of ice.,But the the berry and apricot tasted good the kiwi did not have much flavour .the sponge cake was a bit strange.|Could have had more staff only 3 to cover the bar as well|which they did very commendably. Would ho again||
Arun NatarajanA great place with eye watering views of the tides & surrounding areas. Great Staff. They went out of their way to help my wheelchair bound mother in law to their outside seating. Ideally located with a good parking area & great walks.
Jo HampsonLovely place to go - overlooking the estuary on Morecombe Bay. Staff very friendly. Food really good. Nice glass fronted restaurant, plus seating outside. Good menu for lunch and dinner. Cosy bar and nice rooms.
