After watching a Youtube review on KC with Kyle Talbot, I clicked on the link provided and gave my information for a free seller & buyer guidebook to download ... within minutes I get a phone call and later a text and almost 2 hours later, I've yet to receive the "Free Downloads"! These people are just fishing for clients and DO NOT honor their promises — this is unethical and shameful!

I highly suggest you do not use Dean Cox as your agent. KW agent Dean Cox posted public remarks regarding women’s reproductive rights, stating a woman’s right to choose was equal to murder. If this is what your agency represents for the Kansas City Community then they are despicable. They stare their vision Is to create a supportive energetic and responsive environment that attracts High quality Real estate professionals in hopes they are inspired them to build a better community. How are his divisive public comments representative of the KW mission and vision? Shame on you Dean Cox!

My wife and I live in our Dream Home. We have ever since we first moved into it. It is EVERYTHING that we wanted in the home where we will reside very likely for the rest of our lives. We couldn't possibly be happier with it. She provided us with volumes of helpful information but never overwhelmed us. Even more importantly, she asked spectacular questions and really listened to our responses and heard what we were telling her about what we each wanted. Every home that we looked at with her was one that we could probably have been happy living in. In all, it took less than a month before we had made an offer on the home that we now reside in so very happily. Keri had notified us about it a good two weeks before it even went on the market and, when it did, we had the very first showing scheduled for it. We were already very impressed with it from the pictures that she provided us but, once we walked through it and explored all that it had to offer, we truly fell in love with this place. Two days later, our offer was accepted. Keri and her assistant made the Closing Process incredibly easy. They explained everything incredibly well and were always available to answer our questions. Keri also made some spectacular recommendations of contractors and home professionals who have assisted us in making those few small changes that have made the house even more ours. Beyond being such a wonderful agent, Keri has really become a friend a took a little time out of her busy schedule to celebrate with us when we did our final walk through just before closing on the house. She still checked back with us frequently to make certain that everything went well and that we had all that we needed. We have stayed in touch with her and have enjoyed seeing her guide others through this complex process of finding the home of their dreams. Keri is a rare and gifted realtor and quite possibly the best and smartest decision that you will ever make in your life will be to select her as the person who will introduce you to the home in which you will happily spend the rest of your life.
