Constantly never have what their inventory online shows whether pembroke or petawawa shop. I gave them many chances but as someone who worked retail and did inventory before this is inexcusable. Back to going to the Reserve and saving money in the long run.

I occasionally walk into this store, and I am always greeted by the same faces with their friendly attitude. Everyone there engages with me, and I have had many, many, good conversations with all of the staff I have met. Today was something different. I was served by a lady named Lindsey. I walked into the establishment feeling less then par. I walked out laughing and smiling. I have left reviews of the other stores In town when they deserved such, so I leave five stars here. Thank you for the great customer service today Lindsey.

I really like the vibe at the Pembroke location. I am consistently greeted warmly and the staff are very attentive. I like that I can order online and pay ahead of time for quick pick up! Highly recommend ;)
