Just a quick tip for anyone considering roof repairs at their residence by Kudu Roofing. Be sure to absolutely nail down the detailed. scope of work prior to starting. Kudu totally refused to adjust their price when their scope was reduced on a very simple, small job at my home. Instead, their 2 workmen spent about an hour and a half out of 4 sitting in and around their van messing around on their phones…because they had nothing else to do. Even after sending photos of the situation and lots of emailing back-and-forth with their owner, and a perfectly good rationale for reducing their price, they would not budge.
