We were planning to move to Virginia during the pandemic in 2020 and reached out to the property management company for a rental we were interested in. Mr. Hoffman and his team were so accommodating and made our transition from Illinois to Virginia seamless. Since it was the height of the pandemic, we actually signed a lease with them site unseen and were relieved to arrive to a clean and ready-to-move-in property. Almost 4 years later, we are still with Premier Residential and am very pleased with their services. Even in emergency situations like this past weekend when the weather was freezing, our furnace had gone out after midnight on a Saturday morning. Mr. Hoffman and team made sure at all costs that a tech would be sent out ASAP to fix the issue. Needless to say, we are lucky to have made the right move going with Premier Residential and couldn't be happier with our experiences thus far.

The rental was an older home, with some minor issues, but the management staff were always understanding and fast when completing our work orders. The homeowners paid for lawn care services, which was a major bonus; especially because we hate cutting the grass! The property manager was always friendly and professional every time we called her for anything. And they also made the move-in and move-out process very easy. I would recommend Premier Residential to everyone i know!
Dallas RoquemoreI stayed in one of their houses, 5124 Felton Rd, for 2 years. Never missed a rental payment. Even through Covid. However, I recently moved out and these people not only didn't give me my deposit they said I owed them extra. We cleaned this house inside and outside..they charged me 1500 +for painting. and said we left it in poor condition..mind you there was no major damage in this house ..maybe a little wear and tear due to the house being old. They tried to get me to restore this place to a brand new home..see why they they have 2.7 stars
