I would not hire Alex Bachuwa. He hid a settlement offer from me and didn’t send it to me. I had to tell him to forward the email the opposing side sent in order to become aware a settlement offer was on the table and at that point is when he finally provided it to me. He also blocked my ability to accept a settlement offer with the opposing side which I had already communicated to him I wanted to take if received. He also was really bad about not answering my questions via email when I would ask direct questions in order for me to be able to make the proper decision in relation to my claim. In my opinion Alex makes the client do all the work by asking questions you have already answered time and time again and by making you upload files you have already uploaded and explained. The entire time Alex represented me I felt as though he only cared about putting money in his pocket even if it was to my detriment and I did not like that. Alex also was horrible with answering my questions especially when it was at critical times when a decision needed to be made in relation to the opposing side and it was very difficult having a lawyer that left me guessing what was the right call. I had to end up terminating Alex’s services because he wasn’t doing much of anything. Alex also does not file lawsuits. He only goes to arbitration and from my understanding takes forever to do that. I would not recommend this firm for all these reasons mentioned herein and would advise you contract a firm that can actually take phone calls with you and will provide proper service.

These guys are great. They handled my case and got everything resolved with next to nothing to do on my end. I just sent in the initial questionnaire. And I had 2 or 3 questions to answer throughout the process (pay attention to your email). It was a breeze.

I have to admit, I was really skeptical that anyone could help me with my case. I was dealing with a Sim Swap Case against my phone company where they gave out my phone number to bad actors who used it to access my investing account. I really appreciated how direct and honest Alexander was with me, they led me through the process, kept me informed along the way, warned me it was a slow process, and eventually we won the case! This person(s) has to be paying to get their 5-star review because they are running a scam. Allow me to enlighten you based on my experience. This is how the scam works: 1. You fill out a questionnaire that they claim will determine if they can represent you. It's short and full of general and softball questions. 2. In the next few hours, you receive an email informing you that based on the answers to the questionnaire, they will be able to represent you, plus, 3. They send you a contingency fee agreement 0 promising to represent your interests in the "litigation" while at the same time having you promise to never call them. 4. They keep you on the hook for 90 days, believing they're working on your case. 5. Then, they ask for money. They represent that your matter is going to arbitration and they need an arbitration fee before your matter can be heard. They send you a fake Arbitration Agreement to sign. The catch is you cannot submit it to them unless you pay the fee first. In my case it was $255.00. 6. After this, you just get the run-around and find that nothing (no work) was ever done on your behalf. Lastly, they only take cases outside of their court jurisdiction. This way you can't get to them to sue them for fraud and misrepresentation. I have posted this to save you from being victimized by this scammer. Don't fall for this scam like I did.
