I was told there were no spots available at the time but that she’d (I believe the owner, KT) call me back. Y’all. In 20 minutes she had called me back due to a cancellation that day. Unfortunately I was in a different state at the time, so she told me again she’d call me back, that she thought she may have something. Not 20 minutes later she calls again and has an appointment available for me. I was humbled and grateful, not to mention the fact that she has great phone customer service. I took my baby for his appointment today, and he looks amazing. He’s clearly feeling himself, posing and prancing around. He smells great and he came home with a smile. The pricing was competitive and her work is worth it! She’s very communicative and personable, and clearly loves animals. I’ll be coming here every time I’m in the area.
