I tried 3 flavors: Chocolat + cocoa, chocolat + penaut, and lemon and they are all delicious! They are a must have in my bag on busy days. I am tired of buying energy bars that are made with unrecognized additives and Kosuma uses natural ingredients that I know and trust. Even better, they are local business! Highly recommend for anyone looking for clean, tasty and convenient snacks!

Kosuma bars are the best bars ever. Full of all natural ingredients with lots of protein. They are great as a snack, post work out protein or anytime on the go. I have been eating them for years and as a diabetic they don’t spike my sugars. The balance of ingredients is great. There is no after taste like most high protein bars. Effie and Meghan are awesome and deliver during Covid promptly. Please consider supporting this business out of St. Thomas buy found in farm boy and many other local stores. Love, love these bars!

They provide sustained energy, are made with quality ingredients, and are locally produced in Southwestern Ontario. The business owners are so kind and friendly. I have always had a fantastic experience interacting with them. My whole family enjoys Kosuma bars, and we each have our own favorite flavours.
