Highly recommend this dealership! My salesperson was Shah and he was just a pleasure to deal with and very knowledgeable about the vehicle. Excellent communication in person and on the phone. Also thanks to the sales manager Mike for getting me a great competitive price on my new Santa Fe! Shah and Mike were the main reason I bought this car from Koeppel as there are other dealers closer to where I live . Another plus about them is no BS hidden fees like some other dealers have. Great experience overall thanks guys!

The representatives of this company and dealership were nothing short of hospitable, knowledgeable, and helpful with the purchase of my new car! From the walk in, I was approached with manners and a smile and offered a beverage. I was helped right away by Michael and Ali. I want to start off by saying that i've been a loyal customer at this dealership for 6 years and have noticed a steady and gradual decline in quality and service. There has been mishaps and accidents but it reached a new low today and i would strongly recommend against using this dealership's service department. Avoid at all cost. Communication was horrendous. I was not told when my car was ready. Even though my car was ready monday afternoon 430 pm, no one called me. I only knew my car was ready when i called tuesday late morning. The final cost of all repairs was not properly communicated to me. I ended up paying 600 USD more than that was mentioned in our call. PAY ATTENTION TO THIS PART- THIS IS THE MOST IMPORTANT: I brought my car to have my front tire replaced. I was told 3 tires needed to be replaced but the good years were not available but they had a different brand Solus that was also buy 3 get 1 free - "that was just as good". I ended up paying ~ 1,000 for parts and labor. Below are the pictures of the "NEW" tires i paid ~ 1,000 for. I was not told of the condition they were in. I was not communicated on the appearance of the tires. As you can see in the pictures, they do not look new; they look used and damaged. The threads look okay but i really question their integrity. Also notice the caps are ALL missing. If i had known the tires would of looked like this, i would of said no. I pay a preminum at this facilty hoping for good quality work. What i got was an insult to a loyal customer, shoddy work, and terrible communication. I would strongly avoid this place.
