J NI have been doing business with this location for years. Today was no exception. The clerk at register and Oleysia went above and beyond to fulfill customer satisfaction. The clerk informed me they had no trailers in stock and assisted in locating the last one at the Broadview location. I purchased and heading back to shop to assemble. Upon completion there was a minor issue with the trailer tire. I went to the Cicero location and was greeted by Oleysia and Clerk at register. Saving me the hassle of returning the trailer Oleysia and the Clerk made it possible to just swap out the tire and save me a huge headache of having to return the trailer. Thank you BOTH for such professionalism.
