Knight Fitness is awesome! Everyone is friendly and very knowledgeable! My daughter looked forward to her visits because she knew they would make her ultimately feel better, and they would send her home with exercises and knowledge to help with continued improvement. They have a well rounded knowledge of not only the intricacies of the muscles and bones, but also how to make the body work better as a whole! I highly recommend Knight Fitness!!!!⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
