I had a link from my bracelet turned in to a pair of earrings for my sister, and they were friendly, patient, showed me what it might look like with parts, and very reasonably priced. The earrings turned out so pretty and I can’t wait to give them to my sister! I went across the street to get a quote from another jewellery store, and they were friendly enough, but there was something about Knappett Jewellers that immediately felt warm, genuine, welcoming, and relaxing, that was more my vibe and sincerely appreciated. I took my bracelet here to get readjusted. They dont have a goldsmith on site which means they ship it to someone they work with. My issue is my bracelet had extra links that were not given back to me and I had to drill them to give them back. I also noticed one of my motifs on my vca had been tampered with as I believe the goldsmith was trying to either replicate it and cut it and sauntered it back or messed up and tries to fix it. I will never go back to this place. I thought all jewelers know how to work on jewelry in terms of fixing it but this place just sells things so if you need things adjusted I woukd go to a real jeweler that is able to work on your items. I don't like the middle man because the staff are not knowledgeable either.
