My experience with this salon as shocking considering the amount I paid for my hair. I not only got green hair, then had it corrected to a pinky/brass hue.. all not what I requested. My hair was broken in various places, and blotchy, and the cut was uneven. I was rushed out the door because she was behind schedule even though we booked the appropriate service and time. I reached out to the owner who wanted me to come back for a third time to fix this, but at this point I do not trust this place and they ruined my hair for my wedding coming up. I was told they don’t compensate she said “sorry it didn’t work out”. I was already blonde and asked for blonde balayage to create the lived in look and maintain the integrity and health of my hair before my wedding. It bled in various spots as you can see and is pulling very brassy-I’ve had to fix my hair several times after paying $500! The stylist also tried to put it on me saying it was a miscommunication.. but I never asked for blotchy brassy, green hued hair! There are way better salons in the area, do not trust them and also the fact they don’t have compassion is very concerning.

Bronte always nails the style my kiddo shows her on her phone, she really picky, she wont let anyone else touch her hair but Bronte. Its our second visit with her and we will return again :)

Bobbie-Jean is fantastic! I showed her a picture of a style I wanted, she made suggestions after seeing the picture so it would suits my hair type and shape of my face. I absolutely love my cut! This was my first appointment but definitely not my last, made a follow up appointment to get my cut freshened up before vacation. Thank you so Bobbie-Jean I just love my new hair style ❤️
