Radhuuu PIt’s been a month that my parcel has not reached my family due to RWorld Express making excuses and not doing their job for their customers, they do not provide updates and when messaged and asked they ignore and don’t respond to their customers. They block people and report them on facebook when customers write a negative comment on their posts. They did that to me and 3 of my friends because of there negligence I have lost a family member recently and they have no sympathy to respond to messages or get updates on our packages. It’s been a month now and I have no idea where my parcel is, what state it is in and RWorld Express do not have the courtesy to respond to us regarding our parcel with any updates on how long it will take. Instead they are lying to us by saying that they are working closely with Dehli customs when they are not actually even giving updates which shows that they are just disrespecting the customers and not giving them important information on their parcel. It would not take a month for Dehli customs to sort their systems out because I have an email from them saying that the company has to contact them but they are not doing what they need to and are not giving truth information to customers and we have paid over £40 for our parcel to get to family and it has not. They are not chasing or being diligent about their customers and are lying to us. I have received an email from Dehli customs and called them and they said they have not heard from RWorld Express since 18th March and it is now 11th April and our parcels are delayed due to RWorld not doing their job and lying saying that Dehli customs has issues, Dehli customs doesn’t have issues because I have spoken to them and got an email from Dehli customs. I want my compensation now and you better compensate those effected as I will take this to court as I have got the truth.
