Disappointing Experience After Interview Rounds I recently had the opportunity to undergo two extensive interview rounds with KiwiQA, where I was thrilled to be selected to move forward in the hiring process. Following the interviews, I was promptly asked to submit necessary documents by the 𝐇𝐑 𝐌𝐞𝐞𝐧𝐮. With optimism, I submitted all the required documents as instructed, eagerly anticipating the next steps. After submitting all of my documentation and attempting to contact HR, she did not receive my call, and after three weeks, they notified me that they had selected someone else for that position. This sudden change after indicating my selection and submitting the necessary documents left me feeling disheartened and puzzled.

Worst ever experience with this organization like " Name bade Darshan 6ote". First thing was I was hired for manual testing and after giving best they had excuses about performance as they wanted me to leave organization because they didn't got project for which they hired me. Also, as they wanted me to work on automation parallelly. and even after successfully implemented TOSCA at client end they still had excuses about performance. but they had no excuses for the people who left project because they didn't wanted to work on that project. As they wanted to cut out salary and degrade from my position as not wanted to pay fully without including in any project insulted in-front of whole staff by doing such cheap things which i never expected from this company. "No value of our work and our respect as an employee". Even after giving the best they always will find any excuses. First they hire and then if they won't get that project then will fire without any second thought about our career and our situation. will create excuses and situations intentionally to find out reasons to degrade you. also, their polices are just for their personal benefits. just will push polices on you. but in their turn no polices will be followed. Also tried to reach at owner but his answer were also so diplomatic only in their benefits. Person change the job for growth and increments not degradation at all. Below 12k salary you are not able to run your household and not able to fulfill basic needs how you can expect from your employee to do that so even after 3 years of experience. Is this the way you treating your employees...!!
