Having worked with the public for many years, I recognise excellent customer service and believe it is important to acknowledge it in these types of forums in an authentic capacity, so you, the reader, can make an informed decision. We had the opportunity to work with Olivia Rooke at Kiteke.ca Group (EXP Realty) on selling my parents’ home in Lake Cowichan. Olivia carried this process from start to finish with professionalism, kindness, and remarkable skill. We also had the pleasure of working with Patricia, the company owner, when Olivia took a short and well-deserved holiday. Although this initially landed as worrisome, it was seamless; both Olivia and Patricia are fantastic! To be frank, this was not an easy transaction — my parents had already left Vancouver Island and were making their way across the country to Ontario when the listing went live. Despite multiple competing listings in the same development, Olivia guided us through several offers, helping us identify their strengths and weaknesses, then navigate, mitigate, and ultimately eliminate some unusual and quite challenging conditions in this buyer's market. The Result? Olivia's knowledge of the local market and ability to handle complex negotiations resulted in a SIGNIFICANT record-breaking sale price per square foot for the development! (YAY!!!!) Dollars aside, as a person, what impressed me most was both Olivia’s and Patricia's ability to provide my parents with emotional support through this transition. Transitions come with unique stressors and can be emotional rollercoasters. Both Olivia and Patricia excelled in providing my parents with comfort and steady emotional support throughout this process. They provided reassurance and guidance, reducing stressors whenever possible. As such, I would highly recommend Olivia — and by extension Patricia and the Kiteke.ca Group — without hesitation. I also want to mention Johnnie Schade-Trujillo, as he was so helpful and really went above and beyond answering questions, and looking into things for us.
