When my favourite cheese knife broke I didn't hold out much hope of the warranty being honored. HOW wrong I was! Easy to contact and quick response After supplying a picture of broke knife a replacement was sent. An Excellent customer service. Recommend company.

I purchased a cafetière through Amazon and didn’t use it immediately and on first use it was faulty (the plunger wouldn’t stay up to let the coffee brew). By the time I discovered the fault the Amazon return period had lapsed. I reached out to KitchenCraft by email and they were wonderful. Marcus was super responsive and helpful. He sent me a replacement which I’ve just received and it works perfectly. I’d definitely recommend - the customer service is five star.
