As someone new to the area, I was particularly impressed by their hospitality and flexibility, allowing me to leave my car with them over the weekend while I was away on a business trip. Their prices are very reasonable, and their knowledgeable guidance gave me complete peace of mind. Highly recommended!

Would give 4 starts but I'm gonna give the benefit of the doubt and be reasonable and give 5 stars will explain why. I booked in online initially for a suspension check the day before. On the day I turned up and they said they're booked but I'd still be able to drop it off and leave it. I left it with them and within an hour they contacted me and explained the issue someone else who worked on my car caused. They told me to get the replacement bolts and the drop link and they'd be able to sort. I contacted them once I did and they had me booked in. I requested for them to fit all the rear suspension control arms they had before dropping car in and they agreed. In the end it took 3 working days (not including the Sunday it was shut) to repair, and I had to contact them a few times. They ran into an issue with ABS light coming up but covered the cost of due to it being an error on their part. Since they managed to do all the suspension work and a wheel alignment properly and charge a very reasonable price, I am very happy so I would recommend this garage.

I initially chose this garage for a couple of MOTs based on positive reviews, but my recent experience was quite disappointing. During my last visit, I observed one of the mechanics—a bulky man with disheveled hair and glasses, constantly dirty—curse his luck upon seeing my car, clearly displeased about working on it. I was shocked to witness this behavior from the reception area. Both times I visited, they reported the same faults during the MOTs. Recently, I emailed them twice to inquire about the cost of fixing these issues, along with a few other repairs and services, but I never received a response. While I don’t doubt their technical skills, it's apparent that they don't value their customers. Why should I return when they make me feel unwelcome and ignore my emails? It seems they're successful enough not to need additional work or new customers.
