Karl is very knowledgeable and cares more about solving your underlying problems than just addressing the symptoms. For my first appointment, he gave me the option of getting a massage, but we ultimately spent all our time trying exercises and designing a routine to help build up strength in my weak areas that caused my back and knee pain. His background as a strength coach and his knowledge of anatomy makes him a much better resource than any previous massage therapist. He's helped me understand what's going wrong with my knee and taught me how to improve my posture by correcting my muscle imbalances by developing my lats. I highly recommend his services!
