10 TVs playing the leafs game on Saturday night and they let me watch the Senators game on one screen since I’m visiting from Ottawa in enemy territory. Automatic 5 star for hospitality! Food selections are wide, tasty and very affordable! Very lively atmosphere to have a fun time on a Saturday. Our new favourite spot!!

This review is through Skip The Dishes. Ordered a Julienne salad for $22++ and barely got more than a few handfuls of mixed greens. Half an egg and some cheese but nothing else in there and I hate mixed greens so didn’t eat anything. Waste of money. When I’ve gone into the restaurant I’ve always had good service and food but this was a brutal waste of money

The food was absolutely amazing! Words cannot describe how great this meal tasted. From the first bite of the mashed potatoes I knew this food would be one of a kind, I quickly told my two siblings to taste as well. Everything was perfect, best steak I’ve ever eaten and I usually gravitate towards the steaks at restaurants. The chef came out and we all thanked him for blessing our taste buds!😂 We live in Ottawa but are already planning to come back just to experience the artwork from this chef.

The menu shines with thoughtful creations like their exceptional Veggie Burger - the inspired combination of goat cheese, pickles and premium ingredients demonstrates the kitchen's creativity and care. Every dish we've tried reflects this same level of culinary attention. What truly elevates King's Tavern is their outstanding team. Lauren has served us many times and always delivers warm, professional service that makes us feel valued. The entire staff radiates genuine positivity, suggesting a healthy workplace culture we're proud to support. While the establishment already excels in food and service, adding a gender-neutral washroom would make it even more welcoming to all guests. That said, King's Tavern remains our top choice for its consistent quality, from the chefs' skillful preparations to the front-of-house team's excellent hospitality. Our sincere appreciation to everyone who makes this such a special spot - we'll continue to be regulars for good reason!
