Laylee ClayQuality has gone down awfully. Latest orders delivered the items are either raw, low quality or spoiled. And they need proof of everything. As if ppl have time to place orders, and the. Sit on their computer taking pictures and log in their orders with emails and pictures to get their complaint process. As if that service is not bad enough they asking me to be available to leave the spoiled items outside, so that they can refund. No more kibsons for us. There are many more options thats easier to deal with.
Donatella GallazziTERRIBLE EXPERIENCE. I used to be a loyal client but in the past orders all the fruit I ordered was either already rotten upon delivery or clearly defrosted. I am pregnant and had to throw away EVERYTHING as it was not safety eatable. What is even more unacceptable is that I wrote to the customer service to submit my claim 2 days after delivery, together with pictures demonstrating my claim, they denied and told me everything was fine and refused providing refund for the products (around 300 aed!!) I had to throw away. I am surely not going to place an order with them ever again plus I submitted a legal claim against them as, as a consumer, they violated my rights and knowingly endangered a customer’s health and didn't care at all!!!!
Alison HessAbsolutely shocked by today’s delivery. To start with it was over 3 hours late and worse still the Sweet potatoes they have cut the ends off because they are so bad and the ends are black. Not to mention a rotten onion.
