Its been more than a week and I haven't received a respond to my email so I am posting here, I hope I will get a response. My name is Yubraj Shah, and I am writing on behalf of my brother, Sonu Kumar shah who was enrolled at your institution. Before his admission, I personally visited the college for a counseling session with one of the staff members. During that session, I was informed that the degree program spans 3 years with 240 credit hours, which is recognized as being above the standard of Nepal’s education system. It was clearly communicated to us that students would study 2 years in nepal and then have the option to transfer credits to Australia. Alternatively, students could choose to complete the entire three years in nepal depending on their personal circumstances. My brother opted not to transfer and chose to continue his studies in Nepal, which, as explained, should have been fully supported by the college. However, after completing the first two years, there was a 2 years gap with no classes conducted. While this may have been due to internal reasons or disruptions such as COVID-19, we believe the college should take responsibility for this interruption and provide a proper explanation. Following this delay, classes resumed and my brother completed the program. I would like to raise the following concerns: The academic transcript or certificate provided by the college should reflect the full three-year program in aggregate, rather than separating it into a two-year diploma and a one-year bachelor's degree. There is no grading scale attached to the results. If this is standard, we request an official explanation; otherwise, we kindly ask the college to include the grading scale. Lastly, we request a formal justification for the two-year academic gap. Rather than suggesting alternatives after the fact, this situation should have been anticipated or communicated more transparently during the admission counseling. Thank you
