I agree that it is overcharged, and there are hidden fees that you are not aware of. I found a lower price insurance company two days before my policy needed to be renewed, so I submitted a cancellation and they are charging me a fee Because I didn’t wait until the policy lapsed. Make sure you read the fine print.

I have never had a bad experience with keystone insurance. I’ve been using them as my broker for auto insurance since 2017 and I will continue to do so. My agent, Lindsay, is my go to lady for all my auto insurance needs wether that means switching companies or calling in for a question. I’m a licensed insurance producer for health and life insurance so property and casualty, (what car insurance is) is not my arena. But I never feel like I’m at a disadvantage when working with them which is key. Lindsay is extremely patient with my hectic sch and makes time to answer all my questions, even if that means getting the answer and getting back to me I know I will have my question answered. She’s incredibly friendly and extremely eager to help in anyway she can. With her on my side for my car insurance, I have someone whose got my back no matter the issue, in the insurance industry as a whole, we need more people like that. Keystone insurance is extremely blessed to have someone like Lindsay on their team, and so are all her clients.
