Martin was brilliant. He had to pick up the pieces, as we'd hired a locksmith who never explained properly what he'd done. (He'd made our front door unlocked UNLESS key-locked, which we hated). Martin not only sorted out our problem, but voluntarily fixed another issue, which we hadn't even spotted, for which he didn't charge us. My church treasurer recommended Key to the Door, as they've done a great deal for the church. Probably, I should've asked them, in the first place, but it's easy to be clever, after the event!

Martin was great in coming over at very short notice to put in a new loc and door mechanism. He was very professional and charged me a fair price. I felt very vulnerable as could not get out of my house as the door had jammed shut! Luckily I had a garden back door so Martin could sort out the problem.

A top guy. Diagnosed fault over the phone so knows his stuff and arrived within the hour. Very friendly and spent 5 minutes on another issue that he didn't charge for. A genuinely great service. Would 100% recommend and use again.
