I have a dear family member that goes to your office. It has come to my attention that your care is less than desirable. Now I know his life means nothing to you, as most office staff are there for a paycheck, and have a lot to talk about amongst each other that does not pertain to work. But please remember your patients hear and see all of your conversations. Please be mindful of that. Believe it or not, your job is to take care of your patients first and foremost, and make sure they are cared for to the best of your ability. This particular patient will not be returning to your office which I find very concerning since they are elderly. These patients are at your mercy and depend on you.

Dr. Smith is an amazing doctor! Both my future fiancé and I go to him as our primary care physician. He is considerate, caring and very thorough during our appointments. I genuinely believe he cares for us and our lives. I'm so glad he's our doctor. The clinic has always been so helpful and we've never had any complaints.

Dr Smith and his staff are awesome. Very caring and they actually listen to what you are telling them. Kudos to Dr. Smith for helping me with my very stubborn diabetic issues.
